Sam is Chief Finance Officer at Houseful and member of the Houseful Executive team. She is responsible for Houseful’s Finance and Legal functions, including all aspects of financial reporting, control, budgeting and forecasting.

Richard is Executive Director of Research at Houseful. He leads Houseful’s research and thought leadership function, and acts as an industry expert advisor to the Houseful Executive and Senior Leadership teams.
