Zoopla, the leading property website, is pleased to announce a new long-term contract with leading London estate agent Dexters, which encompasses 156 offices across the capital.

Established in 1993, Dexters now has more local offices and a greater presence than any other estate agency in London. With 12 offices in Prime Central London and over 80 across the capital, Dexters has become the market leader offering an unrivalled personal service to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants across the city.

Building on its long-term successful partnership with Dexters, the agency will use Valuation Booster in all its branches as part of the three-year contract (until December 2026). As the leading agent when it comes to converting Zoopla valuation leads, Dexters will use Valuation Booster to highlight their branches to sellers actively looking for an agent to value their home.

Dexters will also capitalise on Zoopla’s recent strong performance with Zoopla the number one portal for listings in London – and listings up 13% YoY.

Zoopla will be looking to support Dexters with its further expansion and ambitious growth plans over the coming years – which include strengthening its position as London’s number-one agent for sales and lettings.

Andy Shepherd, CEO of Dexters, says ”We enjoy working alongside Zoopla who puts us, the customer, at the forefront of their business. To show our continued support and confidence in this agent-friendly platform, we are delighted to confirm that we have agreed to a new three-year deal.”

Charlie Bryant, CEO at Zoopla, part of Houseful said: “We’re looking forward to working closely with Dexters over the coming months and years to help them deliver on their goals and ambitious plans for growth. Housing affordability in London is the best that it’s been in a decade and we look forward to partnering with Dexters to capitalise on this more positive market sentiment and uptick in demand.”
