Alto, the leading software for agents and part of Houseful, is pleased to announce that Open House, one of the leading networks of local estate agents, has signed a two-year software contract.
The partnership with Alto builds on Open House’s existing long-term relationship with Houseful, with the agency being a Zoopla customer for over ten years.
All of Open Houses’ 100+ agents, and any additional agents added to its network during the contract, will have access to Alto, with any new agents able to get quickly up to speed with the software thanks to Alto Learning Hub and Alto’s help centre, which has over 750 articles on how to get the most from the software.
Open House will benefit from a range of new features and functionality from Alto including AI-powered property descriptions which are already proving popular with Open House agents opting to use it to list the main features of a house, and using the AI summary to give them more inspiration on the content of the listing.
From a system admin perspective, the ability to see the entirety of the Open House’s network of properties easily and quickly rather than having to log in and out of different accounts is also proving useful.
Alex Morrison, Managing Director at Open House estate agents said: “We’ve had a great experience joining Alto. Their support team has been fantastic, with nothing being too much trouble for the trainers and tech support. Another big benefit is the ease of creating contacts from an enquiry, rather than having to input the contact details manually each time.”
Commenting on the news, Ric Dawson, Chief Operating Officer of Software at Houseful said: “We’re very pleased to expand our relationship with Open House by welcoming them to the Alto family. Open House has big ambitions for the next year and ensuring their agents are working as efficiently as possible with be crucial to this, with Alto playing a key part.”
