Zoopla delivers record number of unique vendor leads to agents in January 2024

04th Apr 2024

Press releases
  • Zoopla had its best-ever month for unique vendor leads* in January – with the number of these high-value leads delivered to agents up 13% vs January 2023
  • To capitalise on this preference for Zoopla and the broader improvement in market sentiment, its latest marketing campaign will be extended across TV, online video and social channels
  • This will be complemented by an increase in regional marketing throughout the year, with Zoopla’s iconic purple taking over taxis in Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool from this week

Following a record January for unique vendor leads, Zoopla has extended its latest marketing campaign (which launched on the 25th of December) into March.

The campaign will continue to prime movers as we continue through one of the busiest periods in the year for the property market.

Zoopla’s high-performing TV ads (Nana’s Cottage and Kids Party) will continue to run across some of the UK’s most highly viewed programmes including new Married at First Sight Australia, Love Island All stars final and football games across the Premier and Champions League.

This will be supported by Zoopla’s AI-powered local market messaging, tailored to 50 local authority regions via Facebook and Instagram – with the messaging now scaling to YouTube to deliver more market insight and drive consumers directly to local listings pages on Zoopla.

Session impact from digital campaign channels alone (i.e. the number of consumers visiting Zoopla.co.uk after seeing the ads) has doubled from Q4.

To further support regional performance efforts, Zoopla-wrapped taxis have also gone live in Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool positioning Zoopla as the go-to destination for properties, prices and agents in each area.

Commenting on the launch, Nikki Cole, Director of National Sales for Zoopla said: “We promised agents increased marketing investment from Zoopla in 2024, and we’re pleased to start delivering against this by extending our latest marketing campaign.

“Our goal is that this will help agents to make the most of the seasonal uplift in the property market and capitalise on the buyers and sellers currently in market.”

*Unique vendor leads are the number of users who submit a lead through our website, whereas vendor leads are the number of agents they select (i.e. the number of leads which our agents receive).
