Wellbeing
We care about our people at Houseful, and understand that wellbeing is a systemic challenge, not just about offering fruit in the office (although you can grab a banana, too). We offer team workshops and resources, based on significant research, to encourage healthy high performance.
Our Wellbeing Champions and mental health first aiders can guide you in making the most of all the support available, designed to keep you mentally, physically and financially fit. They also steer our wellbeing agenda, including ‘Wellbeing Wednesday’ sessions and benefit info drop-ins.
